PLEASE NOTE: Due to travel commitments all orders received between 24th May-10th April will ship from 10th April onwards.

If we are unable to accept your order, or part of your order, for any one of the following reasons:

         - authorisation of your payment failed

         - we made a pricing or product description error

         - you are not eligible to order from JJD UK.

Please contact us and we will try to sort out any issue as soon as possible.

If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so up to the point when it is dispatched. Orders are normally processed immediately after they've been placed, so we may have already packed your order and made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel it. If this is the case then we can't always stop the order from being delivered: once you receive the order, just return it to us in the original unopened condition at your cost, for a full refund on the goods.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale, delays occasionally happen due to circumstances outside of our control.

If you experience a problem with any product, please contact us or by mail or letter within seven days after receiving the goods ordered. We will try to sort out the issue and if need be we will refund your money after return of the goods (at your cost).

Your log in details are exclusive to you, are non-transferable, and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your log in details, or become aware of any misuse, please contact us immediately.
