On UK Mainland orders over £150 delivery is free.

International delivery charges are based on weight and location and will be shown at checkout. Examples include:

Austria, Denmark or Lichtenstein - £19.19

Spain, Italy or Czech Republic - £21.58

Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Greece or Bulgaria - £31.18

Up to 200g – £10.17

201g to 300g - £10.85

301g to 400g - £11.85

401g to 500g - £12.85

501g to 1Kg - £17.85

1001g to 1.5Kg – £22.84

JJD UK currently ships to UK, most European countries, Channel Islands, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Contact us if a shipping option is not shown for your location.

Orders for in stock items are typically dispatched within 3 working days.

Deliveries to the UK and Europe are shipped via our courier Interlink Express / DPD or via Royal Mail. All our courier deliveries are carbon neutral.

Deliveries to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are shipped via Airsure® or Royal Mail International Signed For.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery.

Most orders will be sent as one package. If that is not possible we may send your order as multiple packages, in which case we will let you know.

VAT will be charged only where applicable.

Unless we at JJDUK make a mistake. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
